Mollie Asiedu serves as Director of K-12 Pathways at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM). In her role, Mollie works with internal and external partners to continue to develop pre-med and pathway programming for middle school and high school students across the State of Michigan. This includes both residential and non-residential high school programs such as, OsteoCHAMPS, OsteoCHAMPS-UP, and Future DOcs: Detroit, Lansing, and Macomb.

Ashley Carmichael is the Pathway Programs Coordinator; she works with both Post-Secondary and K-12 Pathway programs at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Ashley has served with the Pathway Programs since 2022. She is passionate about providing unique experiences to young people and assisting them on their education journey.

Gerica Lee is the Director of Post-Secondary Pathways, she oversees our Osteopathic Medical Scholars Program (OMSP), 3+4 program, Drew Scholars Pathway, and works with our Early Assurance students/partners. She has been with the college since July of 2022 but has been on MSU’s campus since 2017 working as an academic advisor and recruiter for Lyman Briggs College.

Director of Admissions

Dr. Katherine Ruger currently serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Executive Chief of Staff at Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine where she provides advisory support to the dean on a wide range of internal and external matters. She drives communication, collaboration, and alignment across the college, working to advance the mission.
