* MSUCOM is pleased to announce the appointment of two Associate Deans for the college’s planned southeast Michigan class expansion.  Kari Hortos, DO, MSUCOM Class of 1982, has been appointed as Interim Associate Dean at the Macomb University Center.  Gary Willyerd, DO, MSUCOM Class of 1978, has been appointed as Interim Associate Dean at the Detroit Medical Center.

* Sherman Gorbis, DO, Associate Professor of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, has been appointed Osteopathic Internship Director and Director of Osteopathic Medical Education at Ingham Regional Medical Center.

* Gail Riegle, PhD, Acting Senior Associate Dean and Associate Dean of Academic Programs, has been appointed to the American Osteopathic Association’s Council on Osteopathic Postdoctoral Training Institutions.
