Several students gather at the MOA
Convention in Dearborn.
Capitol Correspondent Tim Skubick addressed a group
of MSUCOM and Michigan Osteopathic Association advocates at the MOA Convention
in May.
Mr. Skubick, who has more than 28 years of experience
covering the state capitol and Michigan politics, discussed with attendees
the 2000 campaign issues and candidates, what the current political atmosphere
is and the importance of and the effects grassroots advocacy has on the
political process.
This event was part of a Grassroots Advocacy Program
sponsored by Michigan Osteopathic Association and MSU College of Osteopathic
Medicine.
