Future Challenges and the
Role of MSU’s Institute of
International Health

Dr. Kron is a professor in the MSU College of Human Medicine, Department of Medicine, where he serves as Interim Chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases. He has extensive international research experience and is involved with three NIH- and WHO-funded projects dealing with lymphatic filariasis. Dr. Kron also currently serves as Director of the Minority International Research Training Program (MIRT) administered by MSU's Institute of International Health and funded by the NIH-Fogarty International Center.

The one-half hour presentation will be followed by a time for questions and interactions with Dr. Kron. Light refreshments will be provided.
