Custodial Services/Conference Room Requests

To request Custodial Services or the use of a conference room, complete the COM Request for Custodial Services and Conference Room request form.

Building and Operation Request

Building and operations requests can be made via e-mail to comaso@msu.edu. If it's an emergency, please call 353-5470.

Key Requests

Keys can be requested by completing the COM Internal Key Request Form (a Word document). The form should be completed and signed by a Department Chair or Unit Director before being forwarded to Administrative Services.
